Bay Area Clear Estates is a partnership of premiere professional organizing services in the California Bay Area. We provide organizing and home clearing services in order to alleviate stress and exhaustion. In partnership with local and online auction houses, we manage sales and auctions to maximize your return. Online auctions typically cover the cost of clearing a home.

We can simplify the process of home clearing, and minimize the stress of handling the estate of a loved one. We are experienced Certified Professional Organizers that will provide a swift and effective turnaround of your estate. 

HOW DOES THE ONLINE AUCTION WORK?

1. Plan and Organize:

We begin by creating a project plan that will be accomplished based on your timeline. We discuss item resale potential and make arrangements for some items to be removed from the property before an online auction.

2. Preparation:

Once your valued items have been removed, we curate a complete photo catalog of the remaining items in lots, and add descriptions. Our experience with this process ensures an appealing auction meant to maximize your return. We handle all communication with the auction house, with minimal disruption to your daily life.

3. Auction:

Once you approve the catalog, the auction is advertised to our combined list of local buyers and goes live online, usually for 10-12 days. Pick up day is scheduled 2 days after the close of the auction. We completely manage the sale, and work with both Maxsold and the buyers throughout this process. Most lots are usually sold, and we have reliable resources to find solutions and coordinate for the removal of the rest, as soon as possible. We leave the property floorswept and ready for next stages.
